From power outages to frozen pipes to fallen trees, response time can make all the difference between a simple inconvenience and a major catastrophe. 

Whether on a scheduled or on-call basis, I'll perform a comprehensive inspection of your home, inside and out, and immediately report any issues to you and/or the appropriate service provider to help initiate mitigation.
