• Security:     Confirm all access points to the property are secure including all doors, windows, and perimeter gates – with particular attention to lock functionality and any signs of attempted forced entry.
• HVAC:     Verify thermostat settings and system operation. Check for any leaks/odors around main system.
• Plumbing:  Test all sink and shower faucets, flush all toilets, visual check for leaks on floor, walls and ceilings.
• Electrical:  Check breaker panels and interior/ exterior lighting.
• Pests: Identify any signs of pest intrusion.
• Landscape: Identify fallen trees/tree limbs, excessive pooling/flooding etc.
