Emergency Home Site Inspection

Home emergencies seem to always happen when we're not there to deal with them. With ever increasing extreme weather events, we seem to be experiencing more emergencies more often.


From power outages to frozen pipes to fallen trees, response time can make all the difference between a simple inconvenience and a major catastrophe. 


Whether on a scheduled or on-call basis, I'll perform a comprehensive inspection of your home, inside and out, and immediately report any issues to you and/or the appropriate service provider to help initiate mitigation. 


 My inspection will focus on:

  • Fallen Trees/Limbs
  • Exterior Pooling Flooding
  • Interior Electricity
  • Testing Heating/Cooling Systems
  • Testing All Interior Plumbing
  • Inspecting All Rooms and Basement for Water
